Shipping policy

Monday-Friday orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same day. After 3pm and on weekends or holidays, orders will ship next business day

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days.

All IHD orders ship through Standard UPS Ground and USPS . shipping times range from 3-10 business days depending on delivery location. 

If your order does not arrive within the specified shipping window please contact UPS or USPS  for assistance.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment details to update.

 

Delivery Issues

Once a package leaves our Facility, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages, Once confirmed delivery by the carrier. 

If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 [800] 742-5877 or USPS 1[800 ]275-8777 Due to privacy concerns Ideal Home Decor cannot reach out to UPS  or USPS on behalf of the customer. UPS or USPS will allow you to file a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.
