Refund policy

All refund items must be in original condition and original packaging unused. you have 15 days to return unused items. [ALL PROMOTION AND SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ] No return or exchange on sales and promo items.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, however we do not refund shipping cost . Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received  your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in original method of payment, within 10 working days.
